What job or job field should I go into?
Question by HulaHoop Neckringer: What job or job field should I go into?
Based on the info below, which includes everything on my real resume/job history, What job or jobs am I qualified for???
I’ve worked in a few different industries, but I have no idea what OTHER PEOPLE THINK I am qualified for vs. not eligible for. By “Other people” I mean moronic HR/hiring managers who are younger than me– and I’m in my mid 20′s.
I know what I’ve done & what I can do, but sometimes HR/hiring mangers don’t see my Point of View.
So… I’m asking random internet people: What job or job field should I apply for????
What job could I ACTUALLY get if I applied to day and I could start work tomorrow?
What skills do I have & what skills should I highlight on a resume or “addition comments section” on a paper or online cookie cutter application???
What KEYWORDS should I use to trick or trigger word searching programs that companies use?

————————————–…
I usually choose to not put temp jobs on the applications, but then it also brings up the subject of an employment gap. Also, how far should I go back when writing a resume VS. applications??
How far should I go back in general?
What jobs should I put vs. should not put when filling out online “generic” applications, or paper applications?
(Most co’s have spaces for 3 or 4 jobs AND they say your most recent 3 or 4, but which ones should I put, based on the info I gave???)
Any other “real” advice from helpful people would be appreciated. The more details the better!!!!
Thanks ☺

So you think HR managers don’t know their own organization or what positions they need to hire for? Obviously you are applying for the wrong position or you’re not qualified if you’re not getting the jobs.
